Introduction
Welcome to the Binandere Sports Association Inc. (BSA Inc.)
The Binandere Sports Association Inc. (BSA Inc.) was officially launched in April 2024 as a community-driven initiative to use sports as a catalyst for development and social change in the Binandere area of Tamata LLG, Sohe District, Oro Province.
BSA Inc. was founded by Mr. Dogimai Morris Tovebae, a community leader with a strong
background in public service and grassroots development. Serving as the General Secretary and Public Officer of the Pangu Pati Inc., Mr. Tovebae has dedicated much of his life to promoting education, youth empowerment, and sustainable community growth. His vision for BSA Inc. stems from a deep belief that sports can be more than just a game—it can be a bridge to opportunity, unity, and positive transformation.
Under his leadership, the Association seeks to engage young people through structured sporting
activities, providing them with a platform to develop discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills. Beyond the playing field, Mr. Tovebae’s mission is to integrate sports into broader community development goals, addressing key areas such as education, health, social inclusion, and sustainable livelihoods.
BSA Inc. embodies his lifelong commitment to empowering communities. By creating opportunities for youth to participate in organized sports, the Association also opens pathways for education, reduces social risks, and builds stronger, more resilient communities.
Through Mr. Tovebae’s guidance and vision, the Binandere Sports Association is not just about sports—it is about inspiring hope, nurturing potential, and driving long-term development across the Binandere region and beyond.
Meet the BSA Team
The strength of the Binandere Sports Association Inc. lies not only in its vision but also in the diverse and committed team that drives its programs forward. Our team brings together professionals from the fields of sports, agriculture, and law enforcement, each contributing their unique expertise to empower the Binandere community.
Police Officers play a crucial role in maintaining law and order, particularly through initiatives such as the Gun Surrender Program. Their involvement ensures that BSA programs are implemented in safe and peaceful environments, giving youth and communities the confidence to fully participate.
Cocoa Board Officers support BSA’s economic empowerment programs by training community members on how to plant, nurture, and harvest cocoa. This vital agricultural knowledge equips families with skills for income generation and sustainable livelihoods.
Sports Officers are at the heart of BSA’s activities. They organize, manage, and deliver sporting programs that engage youth, promote healthy lifestyles, and develop discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
Together, this multidisciplinary team ensures that the work of BSA Inc. goes beyond sports, creating a holistic approach that addresses community needs in security, livelihood, and personal development. Through their combined efforts, the Association continues to inspire lasting change and build stronger, more resilient communities.
